Hey the cats toy looks good lets play on it. Where's Alana?

I'm having a bath sisters.

Hurry up Alana its my turn now.
Clarke is now 10 weeks old and has now left his mum. He is doing very well eating well and growing very quickly. Alana is now back with her sisters Helen & Chloe and is also very happy too. They love coming out to play and they love their sandbaths. I'm keeping them cool in this hot weather by keeping our ceiling fan on during the day and off course making sure they have plenty of cool water.
I will be adding some new photo's soon so watch this space.
Our little baby chin is now 6 weeks old and is doing very well. He is a little boy and we have decided to call him Clarke he will leave his mum when he is 10 weeks old cos overwise he would try to mate with her. He is starting to show his personality now and that is very out going and lively but he doesn't like his sand baths so like lots of babies he has to be made to have a bath. My son thinks he's very funny as he hops around just like a kangeroo very funny. He is also quite a good climber and will dangle from the top of his cage. Clarke and his mum are now in a brand new cage which is where Clarke will stay when he is split from his mum. Alana will then go back with her sisters Chloe & Helen.
Below are the latest photo's of him.

With Mummy Alana

The baby chin is now 19 days old and weighs 2oz she is very active and is doing well she has had her first sand bath with help from me and her mum cos like all babies she didn't want a bath. We are going to name her when she reaches 1 month old and we are going to keep her. Below are some new photo's of her.

Below shows her using me as a climbing frame.

The photo's below show her eating solids for the 1st time. She also looks a bit wet after making a mess during her milk feed.

Sadly last sunday (18th May 2008) we found that the little grey baby had died during the night we don't know why this happened but are grateful that we still have the little black one and she is now doing very well i have started giveing her some extra milk a couple of times a day and she has also started to eat a bit of solids. She is very active and loves climbing in her cage with her mum keeping a close eye on her. In the next couple of days she will have her first sand bath and i'm sure that will be fun
Wow what a surprise we had today my son Matthew noticed that the girls were making more noise then normal at 7am this morning so he took a closer look and saw that Alana had given birth to 2 little babies. They are very cute and feeding well from their mum. As we have only had the girls for a little while i can only assume that Alana was pregnant when we got her as i have double checked that Helen & Chloe are girls. At the moment i don't know what sex the babies are because Alana is being very protective of them so i would rather allow her to tell me when i can check them over.
Here are some photo's of the babies they are now 4 days old and both weigh about 40 grams and boy are they cute.

Below are some photo's of them.

Below is Chloe & above is Helen

The photo below shows one of the Alana the youngest squashed up in a corner of their cage. We don't why but they keep moveing their ladders to make tiny spaces.
